VARIATIONS:

as our collection of goods are handmade, variations will occur. all journals and painted by hand; each marbled design is slightly different. cards are digitally reproduced marbled designs. 

RETURNS:

the utmost care and attention is put into creating each journal and card, with focused attention placed on quality and durability. with this in mind, returns are not accepted. if there is a defect with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. we are not responsible for return shipping. 

SHIPPING:

items are packaged to travel safely, but damages may occur despite our best efforts. in the case of items damaged during shipment, please \\\\contact us to have your order replaced.
